Description
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager to drive enterprise revenue growth across the UAE and wider GCC markets, selling cutting-edge financial software, RegTech, and e-invoicing solutions. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, negotiation, closing, and renewals with large corporate clients. You will engage CFOs, CIOs, tax directors, and other senior stakeholders, translating complex regulatory requirements such as UAE VAT mandates, e-invoicing (2026-27 rollout), and ZATCA into clear business value. This is a consultative, value-based selling role requiring high-impact CXO presentations and demos, plus orchestration of complex Finance, IT, and Legal stakeholder groups. You will thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, building pipeline from zero and owning end-to-end sales strategy. Quantifiable success in exceeding revenue targets, securing new logos, and growing recurring revenue is essential. Familiarity with ERP integrations, tax technologies, and prior work with vendors such as Thomson Reuters, SAP, Oracle, or GCC tax software providers is highly desirable. Bilingual Arabic and English fluency, along with thought-leadership in the e-invoicing or compliance space, will be considered a strong advantage. Requirements
1. 5-15+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales or account management experience
2. Proven full sales cycle ownership: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, and renewals
3. Demonstrated enterprise client wins in UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider GCC markets
4. Experience selling SaaS, ERP integrations, financial software, RegTech, VAT, or e-invoicing solutions
5. Quantifiable revenue achievements including exceeded quotas, new logo acquisition, and ARR growth
6. Consultative, value-based selling skills with high-impact CXO-level presentation ability
7. Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder deals across Finance, IT, and Legal
8. Comfort operating in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with an ownership mindset
Desirable
1. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
2. Prior experience with ERP or tax vendors such as Thomson Reuters, SAP, Oracle, or GCC players
3. Direct exposure to UAE VAT, e-invoicing 2026-27 rollout, or ZATCA Saudi regulatory programs
4. Thought-leadership, public speaking, or content creation on e-invoicing or compliance topics
